News Release: WASHINGTON – Today, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of imports of cast iron soil pipe from China, finding that exporters have sold cast iron soil pipe at less than fair value in the United States at a rate of 235.93 percent. Commerce also determined that exporters from China received countervailable subsidies at rates ranging from 14.69 to 109.27 percent.
