OJP Announces the Inaugural Class of Reaching Rural Fellows

Man from Acoma pleads guilty to sexual abuse in Indian Country

Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced today that Karl Shroulote, Sr., pleaded guilty to sexual abuse in Indian Country. Shroulote, 46, of Acoma, New Mexico, and an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Acoma, will remain on conditions of release pending sentencing, which has not been scheduled.
