News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Kristopher L. Halverson, 32, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to six years in prison for receiving child pornography. This term of imprisonment will be followed by 20 years of supervised release. Halverson pleaded guilty to this charge on Aug. 10, 2022.

Marion County Convicted Felon Enters Plea for Illegally Possessing a Firearm and Ammunition

News Release: Ocala, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Justin Heath Griffin (35, Ocklawaha) has entered a guilty plea to an indictment charging him with one count of possessing a firearm and ammunition affecting interstate commerce by a convicted felon. Alamogordo man charged with coercion, trafficking and transportation of minors

Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced that Alfonso Salcido Herrera, Jr., made an initial appearance in federal court on Dec. 12 on a criminal charging him with coercion and enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and transportation of minors.
