Tucson Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Distributing Fentanyl Resulting in Death

News Release: TUCSON, Ariz. - Yesterday, United States District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps sentenced Oscar Sun Acuna, Jr., 36, of Tucson, Arizona, to 15 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. Additionally, Acuna forfeited a.40 caliber handgun and ammunition.
