Folsom Man Sentenced to a Year in Prison for Making False Tax Returns

News Release: SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Zarko Danilov, 67, of Folsom, was sentenced today to 12 months and one day in prison for two counts of making and subscribing a false tax return, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced. Danilov was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and $283,359 in restitution.
