Three York Men Sentenced For Trafficking Cocaine

News Release: HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Luis Manuel Quesada Rodriguez, age 32, Alex Rivera Ramos, age 30, and Pedro Diaz, age 27, all from York, Pennsylvania, were each sentenced by United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson to 120 months’ imprisonment for trafficking cocaine.

News Release: CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Ivan Lee Burton, 47, of Columbus, Ohio, pleaded guilty today to distribution of methamphetamine.


News Release: Ocala, Florida - Senior United States District Judge Gregory A. Presnell has sentenced James Clay Bexley (35, Center Hill) to three years in federal prison for possessing unregistered destructive devices and firearm silencers and for possessing firearms in violation of a domestic violence injunction. Bexley had pleaded guilty on July 28, 2022.


News Release: URBANA, Ill. - A federal grand jury returned an indictment on October 4, 2022, charging Ashantae S. Corruthers, 28, of the 5000 block of Port Hope Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Regina Lewis, 27, of the 1200 block of Major Street in Normal, Illinois, with conspiracy to illegally purchase and transfer a firearm and conspiracy to engage in misleading conduct. Cherfils, the leader of this conspiracy and owner of the tax preparation business, Cherfils Enterprises, was sentenced to a prison term of 48 months. Pierre was sentenced to 28 months in prison and Augustin was sentenced to 8 months in prison and 9 months of house arrest.


Arizona couple indicted for attempting to extort Georgia Tech

News Release: ATLANTA - Ronald Bell was arraigned before Magistrate Judge Regina Cannon on charges arising from a conspiracy to extort the Georgia Institute of Technology by falsely claiming an individual associated with its basketball program committed sexual assault. Bell and co-defendant Jennifer Pendley were indicted on these charges by a federal grand jury on Aug. 24, 2022.

News Release: Acting United States Attorney Steve Russell announced that Spencer Lile, 42, formerly of Exeter, Nebraska, was sentenced today in Lincoln, Nebraska, by Judge John M. Gerrard for receipt of child pornography. Lile was sentenced to 7 years in prison, 5 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment. There is no parole in the federal system. Liles was additionally ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution.


Arizona Man Sentenced to 16 Years for Methamphetamine Trafficking & Money Laundering

O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Levi Bagne, 31, Buckeye, Arizona, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 16 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and money laundering. Bagne pleaded guilty to these charges on May 24, 2022.
