U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported on July 30, 2026, that San Diego Border Patrol agents arrested four individuals attempting to enter the United States by boat from Mexico.

In a tweet posted at 13:00 UTC, CBP stated, “San Diego Border Patrol agents arrested four people aboard a boat attempting to come into the U.S.

Agents observed the boat traveling north from Mexico. Upon stopping near a pier, agents observed four people fleeing on foot. All four people were apprehended and the vessel was https://t.co/cCa8ac116g”.

Later in the day, CBP shared two additional tweets with links but without further commentary or details. At 14:30 UTC, they posted “https://t.co/lDEjzGCqk2”. At 15:51 UTC, another post read “https://t.co/lJQkFvsn9t”.
