Christmas tree permits available at southeast Idaho BLM offices
News Release: IDAHO FALLS, Idaho - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will be issuing Christmas tree permits beginning Nov. 14 through Dec. 24, 2022. The permits, which are for Christmas trees on public lands managed by the BLM in southeastern Idaho, are $10 each with a limit of one per family. Please note that tag prices and restrictions are different for trees cut on U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service lands.

The Copper Rays Solar Project would consist of the construction, operation, and eventual decommissioning of photovoltaic solar modules and associated facilities necessary to generate up to 700 megawatts of electricity on 5,127 acres of public land southeast of Pahrump, Nevada.

BLM to conduct prescribed burning near Parker
News Release: Lake Havasu City, Ariz. -The Bureau of Land Management’s Colorado River District will conduct prescribed burning near Parker, Arizona, between November and March, as weather and fuel conditions allow. The burn area is located seven miles northeast of Parker and one-half mile west of Parker Dam Road near Crossroads, on the California side of the Colorado River.
