Frank William Shouse, 69, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, was sentenced on July 27 to 70 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine and 70 months for one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that the court ordered both terms to be served concurrently.
The charges followed an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office, the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office, and the District 18 District Attorney’s Office. According to investigators, on August 21, 2025, Shouse knowingly and intentionally distributed approximately an ounce of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine from his residence in Eufaula. On August 29, agents executed a search warrant at his home and discovered about two and one-half ounces of methamphetamine packaged in multiple small baggies intended for distribution.
Shouse pleaded guilty to both charges in federal district court on October 21, 2025. The sentencing hearing was presided over by Senior Judge Ronald A. White in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Shouse will remain in custody with the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve his non-paroleable sentence.
