News Release: DENVER - FEMA has awarded $2.3 million to the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control (CDFPC) to cover costs of fighting the Spring Creek and Chateau wildfires that impacted portions of Colorado in late June of 2018. The funds are provided by FEMA’s Public Assistance program under Fire Management Assistance declarations for Colorado issued on June 28 and 30, 2018, in response to the wildfires.
