Robert Dale Conley, 46, of Lexington, Kentucky, was sentenced on July 29 to 192 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Robert Wier for distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, law enforcement used a confidential informant on December 12, 2025, to conduct a video-recorded controlled purchase from Conley in Pulaski County. In the recording, Conley—armed with a pistol—was seen weighing out 92.34 grams of methamphetamine and providing it to the informant.
The sentence was announced jointly by Jason Parman, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky; Olivia Olson, Special Agent in Charge at the FBI Louisville Field Office; and Sheriff Bobby Jones of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation was conducted by the FBI and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Pearce Nesbitt prosecuted the case.
