A New York man was sentenced on July 30 to 36 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release for his role in a 2025 armed robbery in Londonderry, according to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan.
Zaire Braddock, 21, received the sentence from U.S. District Court Judge Steven J. McAuliffe. Court documents show that Braddock and four co-conspirators traveled from New York to Londonderry, New Hampshire, with the intent to rob a local business. Upon arrival, the group entered the premises where Braddock threatened a victim with a box cutter while others restrained the individual. The group then stole merchandise and goods from the business, loading them into a truck driven by a sixth co-conspirator before fleeing back to New York.
“This individual traveled from New York to Londonderry to terrorize others with violence and threats,” said Creegan. “This sentence shows that actions have consequences, and we will continue to coordinate with our federal and state law enforcement partners to quickly and decisively investigate and prosecute violent crimes and hold lawbreakers accountable.”

Docks, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Boston Division, said, “Anyone willing to victimize another person by brandishing a box cutter and threatening to kill them in broad daylight is a clear threat to our community. The FBI is grateful to see Zaire Braddock will spend the next three years behind bars for his role in this brazen act of violence. No one who lives, works, or visits New Hampshire should have to fear violent criminals targeting them. That’s why the FBI and our partners will continue to work in lockstep to crush violent crime in our neighborhoods and bring the perpetrators to justice.”
The Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation into this case with assistance from several agencies including Londonderry Police Department, New Hampshire State Police, Massachusetts State Police, and New York Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Matthew Vicinanzo, Michael Shannon, and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Anna Krasinski prosecuted.
