Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Kansas City Katherine Greer and Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Robert Williams, 52, of Hastings, Nebraska, was sentenced Nov. 16, 2022, by United States District Court Judge John M. Gerrard to a term of 144 months’ imprisonment following his conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations Kansas City Katherine Greer and Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Raymond L. Moreno, 37, of Grand Island, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Lincoln. United States District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Moreno to 120 months in prison for one count of distribution of five grams or more of methamphetamine (actual) and 120 months in prison for one count of distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine (actual), following a joint HSI and law enforcement partner investigation.
