News Release: FRANKFORT, Ky. - One month after historic flooding hit Eastern Kentucky, federal, commonwealth and local resources are working with residents of Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Whitley counties to help them start their recovery. To date, more than $92 million has been approved in federal grants, loans and flood insurance payments.
