News Release: HARRISBURG-The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that Samson Yohe, age 30, of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 60 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson for malicious attempt to destroy a building by fire and explosive. Judge Wilson also ordered Yohe to pay restitution in the amount of $280.
