News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett sentenced Calvin Henry Sampson III, age 23, of Baltimore, Maryland, yesterday to 13 years in federal prison, followed by 30 years of supervised release, for possession of child pornography. Sampson admitted that he also produced images and videos documenting his sexual abuse of two minor female victims.

News Release: EVANSVILLE - Sergio Rascoe, 36, of Evansville, Indiana, was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Rascoe also admitted he violated the terms of his supervised release for his prior federal conviction and was sentenced to an additional 24 months in prison for a total of 70 months.

Dalton has sentenced Dominic Taddeo, Jr. (65) to 3 years in federal prison for his escape from an Orlando half-way house, to be served consecutively to his remaining term of imprisonment on other federal convictions.
