News Release: Spokane - Senior United States Senior District Judge Rosanna Malouf Peterson sentenced James Drew Bradley, age 65, of Addy, Washington, to twelve years in prison this week for Attempted Online Enticement of a Minor. At the conclusion of his prison term, Bradley will spend the rest of his life on federal supervision. Judge Peterson also imposed a $55,000 fine. Bradley entered a guilty plea on May 26, 2022.

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Hassan Moussa Fares, 30, formerly of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to making a false statement to a financial institution, which carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a fine of $1,000,000.

News Release: Montgomery, Alabama - On Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022, Michael Ochoa, 27, and Chasity Breanna Harris, 22, were sentenced for their roles in sexually exploiting a five-year old child, announced United States Attorney Sandra J. Stewart. Ochoa was sentenced to 60 years for the sexual exploitation of a child and advertising child pornography. Harris was sentenced to 25 years for the sexual exploitation of a child. There is no parole in the federal system.

News Release: Greenbelt, Maryland - U.S. District Judge George J. Hazel sentenced Rashaun Onley, age 23, of Washington, D.C., today to 14 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, on federal charges of committing an armed commercial robbery, carjacking, and using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. Onley has been detained since his arrest.
