News Release: Tampa, Florida - U.S. District Judge Charlene E. Honeywell has sentenced Kelbin Tejeda (32, Tampa) to 15 months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The Court also entered an order of forfeiture in the amount of $360,000, the proceeds of the wire-fraud conspiracy. Tejada had pleaded guilty on May 2, 2022.

The charges stem from a series of documented posts on social media and an incident during which the defendant was found in possession of ammunition.

News Release: Ocala, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that James Clay Bexley (34, Center Hill) has pleaded guilty to a two-count indictment charging him with possessing unregistered destructive devices and firearm silencers and possessing firearms in violation of a domestic violence injunction. If convicted, Bexley faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison on each count. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
