News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Alexander Carnahan, 29, of Randolph, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to two counts of production of child pornography. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 30 years, and a $250,000 fine.

News Release: DAVENPORT, Iowa - On July 19, 2022, a Lost Nation, Iowa man, Gary Dale Smith, age 50, was sentenced to 126 months in prison for Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine and Felon in Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition. Following his prison term, Smith was ordered to serve five years of supervised release. Smith pleaded guilty in February 2022.
