News Release: DENVER - The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado announces that Darion Ray Sexton, age 21, of Loveland, has been arrested and charged by criminal complaint with causing damage to a Loveland Church by fire. Sexton was ordered detained today pending trial by United States Magistrate Judge James P. O’Hara. Sexton had been arrested and charged in a criminal complaint filed on Jan. 23, 2023.

Brinson, 60, of Waterloo, NY, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon before U.S. District Judge David G. Larimer. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

News Release: BECKLEY, W.Va. - Krystle Elaine Cresce, 34, of Glen Morgan, was sentenced today to seven years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute heroin and methamphetamine. Tyrone Douglas Amar, 46, of Beckley, encountered during the same incident, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
