News Release: Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that ILONA DZHAMGAROVA, ARTHUR ARCADIAN, and IGOR REZNIK have each pled guilty to conspiracy to commit immigration fraud. DZHAMGAROVA and ARCADIAN pled guilty today, and REZNIK pled guilty on Aug. 24, 2022, each before U.S. District Court Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil.

Henderson, III on for his initial appearance hearing after being arrested on a 2004 firearms possession warrant from the Florida.
