Davis has sentenced Stephan Marshall (35, Jacksonville) to four years and nine months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. The court also ordered McAloon serve a 10-year term of supervised release and pay $15,000 to victims of his offenses. McAloon had pleaded guilty on July 28, 2022.
