News Release: MIAMI - Anton Peck, 29, of Boca Raton, Fla., has been sentenced by U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks to 16 years in prison for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances. Peck previously pled guilty to one count of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine, and heroin.

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Kishaun Brooks, 21, Madison, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to four years in federal prison for possessing a handgun as a felon. This prison term will be followed by three years of supervised release.

News Release: The United States Attorney’s Office stated Cameron Yee, 21, of South Burlington, was arrested yesterday based upon a one count indictment charging him with making a materially false statement in connection with his acquisition of a Glock handgun from a South Burlington federally licensed firearm dealer. Yee will be arraigned on the indictment this afternoon at 2:30 before United States Magistrate Judge Kevin J. Doyle.

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Thomas Nary, 40, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of transportation of stolen goods in interstate commerce, was sentenced to serve 46 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford. Nary was also ordered to pay a $3,128,363 money judgment for selling and shipping over $6,000,000 worth of stolen goods.
