Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced today that Andres Toj and Hugo Leonel Panjoj-Leon were arraigned in federal court on an indictment charging them with conspiracy to transport illegal aliens. Toj, 32, and Panjoj-Leon, 28, both citizens of Guatemala, will remain in custody pending trial, which has not been scheduled.
