News Release: ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced today that Kyle Aguilar pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact of a minor in Indian Country. Aguilar, 40, of San Felipe, New Mexico, and an enrolled member of the San Felipe Pueblo, will remain on conditions of release pending sentencing, which has not been scheduled.

Irizarry to 72 months’ imprisonment for using an improvised incendiary device, commonly known as a “Molotov cocktail," in an attempt to set fire to a New York City Police Department (NYPD) van occupied by four police officers in Brooklyn on the night of May 29, 2020.
