News Release: WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Tom Carper (D-Del.), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), today led the Senate to confirm Christopher Frey as Assistant Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Research and Development by a vote of 51-43.
