- FAA Proposes Civil Penalties Against Two Passengers for Allegedly Interfering with Flight Attendants
News Release: WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes civil penalties of $20,000 and $12,250 against two passengers for allegedly interfering with, and in one case assaulting, flight attendants who instructed them to wear facemasks and obey various federal regulations.
