U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources (ENR), sent a letter to Department of Energy (DOE) Deputy Secretary David Turk regarding misleading claims about DOE’s vetting of Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) award recipients. Deputy Secretary Turk recently testified before ENR at a hearing to examine DOE’s implementation of the IIJA.
