News Release: Austin, TX - House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul (R-TX) participated in a panel with Senate Foreign Relation Committee Ranking Member Jim Risch (R-ID) and a press conference at the Halifax International Security Forum over the weekend.
