Roth Warns of Multi-Billion Dollar Medicaid Payment Scheme

News Release: WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today warned that tens billions of Medicaid dollars are being bilked from federal taxpayers to fill holes in many states' budgets.
