Wagner announced that today United States District Judge Anthony W. Ishii sentenced John Wayne Wyatt, 31, of Bakersfield, to two and a half years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute marijuana. Wyatt pleaded guilty on Nov. 29, 2010.
