Omaha, Nebraska Resident Sentenced To 48 Months For Conspiracy To Distribute Marijuana

News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - On April 18, 2013, David L. Lopez, Jr., a 40 year old resident of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge James E. Gritzner to 48 months imprisonment for Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana, announced United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt.
