Defendant Sentenced For Stalking

News Release: Michael J. Moore, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia, announces that James Howard Wheeler, 46, of Imperial Beach, California, was sentenced on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, to serve thirty (30) months imprisonment for interstate stalking. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable Clay D. Land, United States District Court Judge in Columbus, Georgia.


News Release: LAKE CHARLES, La. -United States Attorney Stephanie A. Finley announced that Renounte Abdul Jackson, 20, of Norfolk, Va., was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Patricia Minaldi to 27 months in prison and five years of supervised release for two counts of having abusive sexual contact with minors. Jackson pleaded guilty Aug. 15, 2013.
