Pollock Prisoner Sentenced To 80 Months In Prison For Assaulting Fellow Inmate

News Release: ALEXANDRIA, La. -United States Attorney Stephanie A. Finley announced today that John Waller, 41, of New Rochelle, N.Y., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Dee D. Drell to 80 months in prison and three years of supervised release for attacking a fellow inmate with a makeshift knife at the U.S. Penitentiary at Pollock, La. A federal jury found Waller guilty on Sept. 17, 2013 after a two-day trial.
