Federal Grand Jury Indicts Dallas Man For Aiming A Laser Pointer At Aircraft

News Release: DALLAS - A federal grand jury in Dallas has indicted Kenneth Santodomingo, aka “Juan Goel Pagan" and “Juan Joel Pagan," 22, on one count of aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft, announced U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña of the Northern District of Texas. Santodomingo was arrested on Jan. 28, 2013 after a criminal complaint was filed for the offense, and he has been in custody since that time.


News Release: Orlando, FL - U.S. District Judge Charlene E. Honeywell sentenced three individuals for their roles in a conspiracy to defraud the government. Eliseo Dela Rosa (38, Orlando) was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison, Ana Torres (27, Kissimmee) was sentenced to two years' probation and Ada Lopez (39, Orlando) was sentenced to six months' home confinement as a condition of four years of probation. All three pleaded guilty on Nov. 16, 2012.


News Release: LUBBOCK, Texas --- Nathan Derek McGinn, 33, of Brownwood, Texas, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings to 188 months in federal prison and a 10-year term of supervised release, following his guilty plea in November 2012 to one count of receiving child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña of the Northern District of Texas. McGinn has been in custody since Sept. 17, 2012.

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Hak Ghun, 62, of Durango, Colo., pled guilty this morning to a federal tax evasion charge under a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Ghun will be sentenced to prison for a period of 12 to 18 months.
