Fayetteville Pain Center Settles HIV Discrimination Case

Walker, along with the United States Justice Department, announced today that as part of its Barrier-Free Health Care Initiative, it has reached a settlement with the Fayetteville Pain Center under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The settlement resolves allegations that the Fayetteville Pain Center violated the ADA by refusing to treat a woman because she has HIV.

He pleaded guilty to the charge, Sept. 27, 2012.

Cazayoux, Jr., announced that TERENCE NDANGOH, age 25, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge Brian A. Jackson to twenty-one (21) months of imprisonment. NDANGOH was also ordered to repay victims $138,239 in restitution.


News Release: POCATELLO - Ryan Wasia, 26, of Pingree, Idaho, was sentenced yesterday in United States District Court in Pocatello to 40 months in prison followed by four years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also fined Wasia $1,000. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Aug. 29, 2012.

Jeffery Jessop, age 50, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Jan. 16, 2013 for Unlawful Taking of Bald and Golden Eagles and Migratory Birds and Lacey Act Violations.
