News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake sentenced Stephen Reid, age 51, of Frederick, Maryland, today to two years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud arising from the failure to provide contracted-for services to clients of Reid’s company.
