Herrin Man Indicted For Bank Fraud

News Release: Mark P. Troehler, 38, of Herrin Illinois, was indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in Benton, Illinois, on May 9, 2013, and charged with Bank Fraud, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, Stephen R.
