News Release: DAVENPORT, IA - On Aug. 15, 2014, Jose Antonio Garcia, age 44, of Davenport, Iowa, was sentenced by United States District Judge John A. Jarvey for possession with intent to distribute cocaine announced United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt. Garcia was sentenced to 108 months imprisonment.
