Burns, Wyoming Man Convicted For Felon In Possession Of A Firearm

News Release: U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced today that 47 year old Burns, Wyoming resident James Keith Beierle has been convicted in federal court. On February 6, 2014, a jury found Beierle guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm after a three-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court in Cheyenne. Beierle is scheduled to be sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Freudenthal on April 17, 2014.
