Lockport Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Charge

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.--U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced that Bobby Spencer, 59, of Lockport, N.Y., pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio to use of a communication facility to facilitate a drug felony. The charge carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
