Albuquerque Man Pleads Guilty to Distributing Child Pornography

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - John A. Crowe, 54, of Albuquerque, N.M., pleaded guilty this morning to distribution of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Crowe will be sentenced to a prison term of not less than ten years and not more than 15 years to be followed by a term of supervised release to be determined by the Court. Crowe will be required to register as a sex offender after he completes his prison sentence.
