Cherry Creek Man Sentenced For Assault With A Dangerous Weapon

News Release: United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Cherry Creek, South Dakota, man convicted of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon was sentenced on Jan. 22, 2014, by U.S. District Judge Roberto A. Lange.


News Release: TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore yesterday sentenced Ricky (45) to 20 years in federal prison for distribution of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Muoio was found guilty by a jury on November 6, 2013.
