Shiprock Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Child Sexual Abuse Charge

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Gerald A. Tso, 25, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation who resides in Shiprock, N.M., pleaded guilty this afternoon to an aggravated sexual assault charge. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Tso will be sentenced to ten years in federal prison followed by a term of supervised release to be determined by the court. Tso will be required to register as a sex offender after he completes his prison sentence.
