Fresno Fugitive Apprehended By Marshals, Faces Tax Fraud Charges

News Release: FRESNO, Calif. - Gaylene Lynette Bolanos, 56, of Fresno, was apprehended Tuesday by the United States Marshals Service in Fresno, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced.


News Release: RICHMOND, Va. - Kensey Lamonte Wright, 43, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was sentenced today to 41 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, for wire fraud. Wright was also ordered to pay $940,600 in restitution to his victims.

News Release: GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - On Sept. 22, 2014, Dr. Robert Wayne Locklear, 43, of Greeneville, Tenn., was sentenced by the Honorable J. Ronnie Greer, U.S. District Court Judge, to serve 24 months in federal prison, for his convictions of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base (crack) and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. He was also ordered to pay a total of $121,958.70 in restitution to TennCare and Medicare.
