Pittston Man Sentenced To 41 Months In Prison For Participating In A Heroin Trafficking Conspiracy

News Release: The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that a 38-year-old Pittston man was sentenced to 41 months in prison today by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Edwin M. Kosik in Scranton, for conspiring with others to distribute heroin in the Luzerne County area during a four-year time period.


News Release: Buffalo, N.Y.--U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Eugene Domenico, 62, of Lockport, NY, who was convicted of three counts of theft from a health care benefit program, was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine by Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny. The defendant was also ordered to pay restitution totaling $100,286.35.

The United States District Court in Benton sentenced Patton to probation for three years, a fine of $3,000, and a special assessment of $100. The court also ordered Patton to perform 25 hours of public service.
