News Release: BOISE - David Echevarria, 51, of Boise, Idaho, was sentenced today to 110 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge also ordered the defendant to pay a $2,500 fine. Echevarria pleaded guilty on Jan. 30, 2015.


Orchard Park Man Pleads Guilty To Health Care Fraud

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Gary Wannamacher, 50, of Orchard Park, NY, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Court Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford, to health care fraud. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.


Three Indicted For Methamphetamine Trafficking
