News Release: PHOENIX - Yesterday, Joseph Troy Williams, 38, of Coolidge, Ariz., a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John Tuchi to 168 months in prison to be followed by lifetime supervised release. Ohio Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Mail Fraud

News Release: Tampa, FL - U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore today sentenced David Brooks (40, Ohio) to four years in federal prison for mail fraud. The Court ordered that this sentence be served consecutive to a seven-year state sentence in Ohio for a violation of probation, based on the same underlying conduct.
