Merritt Island Man Sentenced To More Than Six Years For Possession And Receipt Of Child Pornography

News Release: Orlando, Florida - U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. has sentenced James Otis Liptak (36, Merritt Island) to six years and six months in federal prison for receipt and possession of child pornography. The Court also ordered him to forfeit specific computers and hard drives on which the images of child pornography had been found. Liptak pleaded guilty on Oct. 22, 2014.


Des Moines Pharmacist Sentenced to Two Years in Prison

News Release: DES MOINES, IA - On Feb. 20, 2015, Mark Graziano, previous owner of Bauder Pharmacy in Des Moines, Iowa, was sentenced by Chief Judge James E. Gritzner to 24 months in prison and three years of supervised release following the period of imprisonment, announced United States Attorney Nick Klinefeldt.
