News Release: BISMARCK - U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that on March 6, 2015, Jerome Bradley Fletcher, 38, Minot, N.D., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Daniel L. Hovland on a count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. Judge Hovland sentenced Fletcher to serve four years and three months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release. Fletcher was also ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
